The Culinary Arts Program teaches students everything they need to know before they enter this competitive industry. This course is comprised of 230 lecture hours and 740 lab hours. As you can see, the majority of your time as a student will be spent in the kitchen, obtaining a hands-on education with an experienced instructor and your fellow students.
